Lucario- It was named after Alex Lucard   
Charmander/Charmeleon/Charizard- was named after his best pal: Charles and his three favorite reptiles: Salamander, Chameleon, and Lizard.   
Mew- It was named after his aunt's cat: MewMew   
Snorlax- It was named after his snoring Dad and his Relaxing Mom

Pokemon Creating PokemonHere are Pokemon Creating Pokemon:   
Mangeton: Three Magemite joined together and turns into Magneton   
Charmeleon/Charizard: Fire Pokemon use flamethrower on its tail on charmander, charmeleon.   
Dugtrio: 3 Diglett joins together and becomes a Dugtrio   
Weezing: Two Koffing joins together and evolves into Weezing   
Dragonite: When Dratini or Dragonair goes into a fastest whirlpool then it becomes a Dragonite   
Slowbro: When Slowpoke got shellder on its tail it becomes a Slowbro   
Slowking: When a slowpoke puts on a king's rock before shellder bites slowpoke's tail i Pokemon Creating Pokemon

Pokemon Snap- Special PikachuSurfing Pikachu- At the beach throw apples on the close to pikachu   
Two Pikachus on a Stump- At the beach when you see the flowers (the big one) throw pester balls in the flowers until you see Scyther   
Pikachu on a ball- At the entrance of the cave take pictures on exact target till the Electrode Pass by Pikachu.   
Speeding Pikachu- At the river you will see a log with a Pikachu on it. Throw pesters balls.   
Pikachu on many Balloons- At the Cave throw pester a the zubat holding pikachu.   
Pikachu on Articuno- At the Cave, Same thing as Balloon Pikachu and look behind.
